We produce maps, layouts, roadbooks, profiles & videos with passion for successful cycling events throughout the world. Procyclingmaps has been working since 2017 with almost a hundred organisers around the world and knows how to adapt to your constraints.

Our method and process : customisation, accuracy and reactivity

We are at your disposal for any need, including what is not mentioned in this catalogue : pictogram conception, amendments, organisation and route design assistance, conception of communication plans, contacts with partners and representatives, website, etc.

For any information, cost estimate, or for any specific request, feel free to contact us.

First, we get in touch with you to measure your needs, get to know your requirements, speak about all the special features of your race, and of course establish the planning. Afterwards, we send you a detailed cost estimate within one week. Then, you send us the GPX/KML files of your races and/or the provisional routes.

Within the agreed period (written on the cost estimate), we design cartography, maps, profiles, roadbooks or any other element such as 3D animated videos for example. We send you whatever you have asked for and in the formats you have required (raster and vector-files). At the end of our production, we send you the invoice, but you do not pay us before you have checked all the files and sent your agreement back to us.

Cycling organisers usually have to change the route of their event just before it, quite often regarding safety issues. We are responsive to modify the files as soon as possible for free or at the best price.

In addition to maps (stage maps, general map, transfer map, accommodation map), organising a professional race requires a large number of layouts (last km plans in accordance with the UCI regulations, access or evacuation plans, technical plans), diagrams (start site, finish site) and graphics (stage or climb altimetry)

Our team of graphic designers, cartographers and cycling consultants knows the specificities of the documents you are expecting. We do our outmost to transcribe the identity of your event thanks to striking and aesthetic documents that will highlight your race and its route.

Designed for the general public, your stakeholders, team staff, riders, public authorities and your partners : each document has its own particularities.

Unlike generalist agencies, we know your constraints : last-minute alterations, printing schedules, changes on the route imposed by unexpected work or a request from the public authorities, we are used to working under pressure.

What is a roadbook if not the identity of your event, its promotion to your partners, and above all your brand image for the teams and riders ? Your professionalism and your efforts to organise your race deserve to be highlighted in a high-quality, modern, clear and striking document. Procyclingmaps is there for you.

There was a time when the preparation of a roadbook was a secondary task for many organisers : a Google screenshot to present the route, an Excel extract for the itinerary schedule, a few scribbled plans on Paint to describe the start and finish sites. In the era of social networks, this is no longer satisfactory if you want your event to survive and progress in a world calendar made up of several hundred events.

We can start from scratch for you : define a graphic charter, make tests, create a map style and a personalised altimetry model, we can build a high quality roadbook from A to Z which will promote the visited territories, the public authorities and the partners who have co-financed your event, and finally we can create precise documents which will gather the requirements of the professional riders, the followers, the fans and the teams.
